Due to extremely high Canada Post shipping fees for small business, we try and utilize the most compact and space saving packaging possible. This also ensures we minimize the environmental footprint we have on our planet by reducing packaging waste.
As soon as your order is placed, our office receives a notification to spring our team into action. We'll verify the order and immediately get it out for processing.
When will my order ship?
We ship all online orders Monday - Friday. On Canadian holidays, your order will ship the next available business day.
I placed an order, but haven’t received my package yet, where is it?
We want you to receive your order quickly and error free! Since we work with Canada Post to make this happen, we will need your help too. If it’s taking longer than usual, first take a look at your tracking number (if applicable) that gets emailed to you upon shipping. If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, give Canada Post a call 1-866-607-6301, they are the most appropriate people to help in this case. It is possible there was an error in the shipping address. In some cases, severe weather can delay things as well.
